However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster
than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Love
The Power Of Love Once there was a great poet in Sanskrit ,named Kali Das often compared to Shakespeare in English . In his early days he was a fool .Once
he was found cutting the same branch of a tree on which he was sitting .
His beloved refused to marry him saying he was a fool & that she would only marry him if he defeated her in argument in open public in presence of the king .
The enemies of the lady came to know of this .They planned to teach her a lesson ,So they accepted the challenge on behalf of Kali Das .They pretended him to be deaf & dumb .
The argument started & the questions were given in the language of the deaf & dumb .In her first question the lady one finger .Kali Das showed two in return .The interpretation given was that one finger meant that there was one God .
The reply given by showing two fingers was interpreted as there are two gods .One
Is the Almighty having no form & the other is the one which takes the form such as
Jesus Christ , Lord Buddha .Ram , Krishna , Prophet Mohd. & others .
In her second question the lady showed her open palm as if to slap somebody .Kali Das answered it by showing his fist .The question meant human beings are made of five elements namely earth ,sky (Pran ) ,Sun ,water & air .
The answer said ‘As the five fingers combine to form a fist , the five elements combine to make a human being .
Both the answers were accepted as correct & Kali Das was declared the
Winner .He was married to his beloved .On the very first night the lady asked him
As to how did he reply her questions .He said that he thought looking at the finger
That she would pick her finger into his eye so he showed two meaning that he pick
Two fingers in both of her eyes & make her blind ( Tit for tat ). She lost all control
& turned her out of the house saying that she would not accept him as her husband
unless he acquired highest knowledge & proved his worth .
Kali Das left to an unknown place ,found a good teacher ,learnt Sanskrit
& became the greatest poet & dramatist in Sanskrit like Shakespeare in English .
Such is the power of love .

Human beings, Slaves to Circumstances
The Man He Killed
by Thomas Hardy
Had he and I but met
By some old ancient inn,
We should have set us down to wet
Right many a nipperkin!
But ranged as infantry,
And staring face to face,
I shot at him as he at me,
And killed him in his place.
I shot him dead because--
Because he was my foe,
Just so: my foe of course he was;
That's clear enough; although
He thought he'd 'list, perhaps,
Off-hand like--just as I--
Was out of work--had sold his traps--
No other reason why.
Yes; quaint and curious war is!
You shoot a fellow down
You'd treat, if met where any bar is,
Or help to half a crown.

Anxiety
Anxiety (Man’s greatest enemy)
Once there lived a young boy of 12 years in Delhi , the capital place of India. He lived in a market street . One day while the boy was standing on the
road , a royal elephant passed that way . The royal servants were taking it to the
river to give the elephant a dip & bath .The boy saw the elephant coming but he didn’t move . When the elephant tried to remove the boy with his trunk , the boy
put his hands on to its tusks & pushed several yards back. The elephant bowed
before the boy & the boy allowed it to go .
From that day on wards whenever the elephant passed that way it always
bowed itself before the boy. After a few days the news reached the king . Highly
surprised , he asked his ministers how could a small boy of 12 do it . It’s unbelievable . While others kept mum , one stood up & said “ Your highness ! May I have two days’ to find out the answer to your question ?” The king readily agreed .
Next day before sunrise the minister went to the house of the boy & met his grandmother , the only adult in his family . He offered a handful of gold coins to her asking her to do a small job for him . She has never seen gold as her own .So She readily agreed .The minister asked her to send her son to the market I the market to bring some salt without giving him any money . He then left the house .
When the boy got up his grandmother asked him to bring some salt .She didn’t give him any money .The boy had no idea of getting things from the market .
He came to know that he had to pay money for that .Now he didn’t know how & where to get money from .The whole day passed .He didn’t have any food that day .
He couldn’t sleep at night . Next day too he couldn’t solve the problem .
At last the time came .The king & all his ministers assembled in disguise to.
watch .The boy was standing on the road .The royal elephant came as usual , saw the boy , caught by its trunk & threw away by the roadside .
The minister explained that the boy had tremendous strength because he
grew up without any anxiety .He had full confidence in himself. So he could easily push back the elephant .Now his confidence has shaken, so he lost his strength, and
he has easily been thrown away by the same elephant .

Experience
Experience Is The Greatest Teacher
It is true to every one, may be a human being or any other being .
1. Imagination
2. Imitation
3. Experience
These are the three major tools of learning. Learning is the basic process in
life of a living being .It not only helps to survive but develop also .
The first fall teaches a doggy to beware of heights. Human beings, being the most advanced form of life are gifted with so many powers like imagination. Human beings are super beings simply they possess this power of imagination which enables him to learn certain things even without experiencing them . Such as a man wouldn’t need to fall in order to learn about heights.
Man is at a better place due to one more reason and it because he acquires a considerable amount of knowledge by Genetic Transfer. This genetic power is mostly responsible for individual differences . Now
He has to move forward having three tools in his hand and the environment around him to provide its full support.
There is a saying in Hindi “doodh ka jala chhanchh ko phoonk phoonk kar peeta hai “ meaning a man burnt by hot milk throws air by his mouth on to the curd water before sipping it .It simply means that experience moulds our behavior. I say “To err is human but to learn from it is divine .It will take you to
such heights that the whole world would look at you. Mahatma Gandhi, for example was such a man.
People like Siddhu ji (Once I heard him say it on a TV channel) say about him without understandings,”Majboori ka nam Mahatma Gandhi” meaning “Inability / Weakness thy name is Mahatma Gandhi”
Mahatma Gandhi was the strongest man of his time.
We should start our day with morning prayers and finish it by self evaluation welcoming a new tomorrow with newer experiences.

BE THANKFUL
By Author Unknown
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something, for it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary, because it means you've made a difference.
It's easy to be thankful for the good things. A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.

The Dream
Dream
( a real incident )
Once I was sleeping during day time .I had a pleasant dream in my
sleep .I wouldn’t describe the dream here as it’ll have a number of love scenes , making it an adult article .Mainly speaking I had my beloved in the
dream & in the last scene :Why not first ? Because of two reasons :If it were
the first ,I wouldn’t have seen other scenes as I woke up after that .
In the last scene I was dreaming that my beloved had come to me to my house & she was waking me up .I was so charmed by her beauty that I
couldn’t draw a partition line between the dream & the reality .In the dream
she wore the same clothes & her posture & the place where she was standing
were also the same .
On this incident I wrote a couplet in Hindi , which may be translated as :
“What a dream it was , the dream of today ,
The one in my dream was waking me up in real .”
The original script says :
“Aaj ka khwab bhi kya khwab tha ,
ke jo the khwab main wahi jaga rahe the hame .”

Where The Mind Is Without Fear
Prayer
By Ravindra Nath Tagore
Where the mind is without fear, and the head is held high,
Where knowledge is free,
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments bynarrow domestic walls,
Where words come out from the depth of truth,
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection,
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the Dreary desert sand of dead habit,
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever widening Thought and action,
Into that Heaven Of Freedom, My Father,Let My Country Awake.
